Service terms
Clear scope before changes begin.
Website descriptions are general capabilities, not a binding proposal. Each engagement requires an agreed scope, responsibilities, schedule, fees, access method, and acceptance criteria before work begins.
Assessments and readiness services identify observed conditions and practical improvements within the agreed scope. They do not guarantee security, regulatory compliance, certification, audit results, uninterrupted service, or prevention of every incident.
No system, account, network, device, data, or customer communication will be changed without authorization. Material risks, dependencies, and third-party costs will be discussed before implementation whenever reasonably identifiable.
Specific commercial, confidentiality, data-handling, warranty, and liability terms will be documented in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
